Fans of Leverage should mark the date 11th November 2013 in their diaries as that’s the date the show’s fourth season is getting a DVD release.
Icon Home Entertainment are releasing the season four boxset in time for Christmas so it’s time to get up-to-speed on the complex heists and high-stakes action. The synopsis for the season is:
Season 4 sees the team wrapped up in a murder mystery night, an international chess tournament, and soon they learn they are being followed by a mysterious business man named Jack Latimer (Leon Rippy), who has discovered how to profit from their cases. As they attempt to learn more about him, the team is drawn into the world of university secret societies, match-making and the cash-for-gold industry.
Across the season’s 18 episodes there are cameos from Eric Stoltz and Danny Glover. The season picks up right where season 3′s cliff-hanger left off with Nate (Timothy Hutton) and Sophie (Gina Bellman) having to make a tricky decision about their next move.
