Young Apprentice axed by BBC One.

Alan Sugar

Young Apprentice will not be returning for another series.

Lord Alan Sugar confirmed the news on his Twitter account yesterday after an user asked him whether or not the show would return to BBC One.

He wrote: “RT: Will there be another series of Young Apprentice. Hope so…. NO BBC HAVE DECIDED TO STOP IT.”

Young Apprentice ran between 2010 and 2012, and saw Lord Sugar, along with his aides Nick Hewer and Karren Brady offering teenagers the opportunity to win an investment by Sugar for their business plans.

We’re quite sad that the Young Apprentice won’t be returning. Are you?
