Beyonce wows Super Bowl with Destiny’s Child

The superstar wows with a 12-minute medley featuring her former band-mates.


Beyonce wowed the Super Bowl last night with a 12 minute performance that saw her perform a medley of hits and reunite with her Destiny’s Child band-mates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams.

For the 2013 Super Bowl half-time show, Beyonce stunned the audience with a spectacular stage, an army of female dancers, some incredible video tricks and a catalogue of hits. Following speculation about whether or not she mimed at Obama’s inaugaration, Beyonce was clearly singing live during last night’s performance.

After singing hits including Love On Top, End of Time, Crazy In Love and Baby Boy, Beyonce was joined by Destiny’s Child band-mates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams to sing Independent Women Part 1 and a brief nod to Bootylicious. The trio then went on to perform Beyonce’s worldwide smash Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It).

The performance ended with Beyonce performing Halo before thanking the crowd and exiting the stage. Now that’s how you do a Super Bowl performance people!
