Stone Country Records' singer, songwriter, and guitarist Ben Gallaher has released his latest five-track EP, ‘Bullet,' now available on all digital retail and streaming platforms.
The EP's title track, ‘Bullet,' is a rock ballad co-written by Gallaher, Chris August, Kelley Lovelace, and Neil Thrasher. The song delves into the profound commitment of being willing to lay down one's life for a loved one. Gallaher shared that he wrote the song for his wife, and its meaning deepened with the birth of their son.
Other notable tracks on the EP include ‘Dirt Ones,' a road-trip anthem encouraging listeners to take the road less traveled, and ‘Mistakes,' a no-regrets rocker about how life's wrong turns can make us stronger. The EP also features ‘Kinda Can't Say No,' a song about an irresistible attraction, and a cover of Bryan Adams' classic hit ‘Cuts Like a Knife,' showcasing Gallaher's guitar skills as he plays every part on the track.
Produced by Neil Thrasher and Patrick Thrasher, ‘Bullet' marks Gallaher's second major release with Stone Country Records, following his 2023 debut album, ‘Country in the House.' This previous album cotributed to his music catalog surpassing 27 million total audio streams.
Gallaher's online presence has grown significantly, with his viral guitar riff ‘Stomp' generating over 36 million organic social views and inspiring more than 10,000 fan-created videos. This surge in popularity has helped him amass nearly 400,000 social media followers to date.
