Bon Jovi to release new vinyl ‘Greatest Hits’ album

Iconic Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band Bon Jovi is set to re-release its classic compilation album, Greatest Hits, on 2LP vinyl on September 13, 2024. Fans can find the album in various configurations at retail and through the artist's store, including 1LP and 2LP variants on standard black vinyl and exclusive colors.

Originally unveiled on October 29, 2010, Greatest Hits quickly climbed to the Top 5 of the Billboard 200, captured the No. 1 spot on the U.S. Top Rock Albums Chart, and topped the U.S. Top Hard Rock Albums Chart. The album went platinum and remained on the Billboard 200 for an impressive 352 weeks. Internationally, it reached No. 2 and achieved quadruple-platinum status. This compilation features timeless anthems from Bon Jovi's first three decades, including hits like ‘Livin' on a Prayer,' ‘You Give Love a Bad Name,' and ‘It's My Life.' The album also includes two tracks recorded specifically for the compilation: ‘What Do You Got?' and ‘No Apologies.'

This release comes on the heels of Bon Jovi receiving an RIAA Diamond certification for their single “Livin' on a Prayer,” marking their second Diamond status achievement following the Slippery When Wet album. Throughout their career, Bon Jovi has sold over 72 million RIAA-certified units, including multi-platinum albums and singles. Earlier this year, the Grammy Award-winning band celebrated the 40th anniversary of their self-titled debut with the digital release of Bon Jovi Deluxe Edition and a special 40th-anniversary trailer.
