‘The Wall' is returning to More4 courtesy of Walter Presents and its second season will kick off with a double bill.
The series is written by Frédéric Ouellet and Guillaume Vigneault, and it stars Isabel Richer, Alexandre Landry, Maripier Morin, Naïla Louidort and Marie Bernier.
The body of an infamous engineer, found buried in a cement bath, sets Detective Sergeant Céline Trudeau in charge of another mysterious murder investigation. The engineer was held responsible for the collapse of an overpass that claimed the lives of 12 people a few years earlier. Did the relatives of one or more victims want revenge?
The murder takes place at Quebec City Château Frontenac, in the midst of a major civil engineering convention. Could the fierce competition between companies for a huge construction contract of a new bridge, between Quebec and its south shore be the backbone for the tragedy? Celine must deal with a new meticulous partner with not much experience. Alex, her former partner from Fermont, will also unofficially assist in the investigation.
The case will prove to be more complicated as murders keep on multiplying and Celine’s ex-husband, whom she has not seen for 20 years, becomes a suspect and leads their daughter, Sophie, down a perilous path…
