Incredibly it's been 30 years since ‘Clueless' was released and fans of the film will be delighted to know that its returning to the big screen.
Originally released on 19th July 1995, ‘Clueless' catapulted lead star Alicia Silverstone to global fame. The whip-smart comedy, inspired by Jane Austen's ‘Emma', was written and directed by Amy Heckerling.
Enduringly popular – much like its heroine – ‘Clueless' is both timeless and iconic thanks to its uproarious story, enchanting performances, incredible costumes, and endlessly quotable script. Alicia Silverstone star as Cher Horowitz, a rich, popular, and exceedingly stylish high school student who loves helping others with her wisdom on dating, fashion and looking good. But when it comes to matters of the heart, she's…clueless.
The film also boasts a sensational ensemble cast including Paul Rudd, Brittany Murphy, Donald Faison, Stacey Dash, Jeremy Sisto, Breckin Meyer, Elisa Donovan, and Wallace Shawn.
‘Clueless' will return to cinemas on 27th June 2025.
