Horror-comedy remake ‘Street Trash’ to open in cinemas in January

‘Street Trash', a reimagining of the 1987 cult horror-comedy of the same name, will be released in UK cinemas on 10th January 2025 by Lightbulb Film Distribution.

Directed by Ryan Kruger (‘Fried Barry‘), the film stars Sean Cameron Michael, Donna Cormack-Thomson and Joe Vaz. Watch the trailer below:

A group of misfits must fight for survival when they discover a plot to exterminate every homeless person in the city.

“We are thrilled to be bringing Street Trash to audiences in the UK & Ireland. Kruger’s new film is just as gloopy and depraved as the original, and the social commentary is arguably even more relevant today,” commented LFD Sales & Acquisitions Director, Peter Thompson.

‘Street Trash' will be released in select UK cinemas from 10th January, and on Digital & Blu-ray from 17th February. Find out more details at https://linktr.ee/StreetTrashUK.
