Leo Ihenacho, former member of the multi-platinum selling act The Streets, and Kylie Minogue’s unforgettable contestant on The Voice, heads the cast of the West End smash hit Dancing in the Streets.
The show, with a full supporting company of singers, dancers and the ‘Dancing In The Streets’ band, is the original and the best critically acclaimed celebration of Motown’s greatest hits. It sets out on a 37-date UK tour starting at the Hawth, Crawley on Wednesday 8th October.
Leo will act as the show’s host and will be singing chart-topping hits made famous by Edwin Starr, The Four Tops, The Temptations and Marvin Gaye. He said: “I grew up loving the sound of Motown. So many famous artists forged their career at the label and the hits that came from that tiny recording studio in Detroit have stood the test of time and remain classics to this day. I feel honoured to be singing some of the greatest songs ever written by a group of truly legendary artists.”
