To which Jennifer responds, āNo. He told me I was out of my league.ā During the interview she goes on to reveal that he did eventually apologise and admit he had been wrong about her when she went on to win an Oscar for Dreamgirls.
āActually, he ended up apologising and sending me a video, the year I won my Oscar on the red carpet. There was a video of him. He congratulated me and he admitted that he was wrong. So Iāve got it on camera.ā
Whilst chatting to Jonathan she sings an acapella version of a song from her new album, talks about family life and discusses fan encounters.
Jennifer appears on tonight’s show along with Sir Richard Branson, Davina McCall, Sue Perkins and musical guests Elbow.
