Ella Langley releases disco-tinged new single ‘Be Her’ as sophomore album ‘Dandelion’ looms

Multi-platinum country star Ella Langley has released her new single ‘Be Her' via SAWGOD/Columbia Records, offering a candid, introspective look at personal growth and self-acceptance. The sharp track, co-written with HARDY, finds Langley reflecting on the gap between where she stands now and the grounded, self-assured person she hopes to become.

Its release arrives alongside an official video co-directed by Langley and Wales Toney, with subtle visual cues hinting at a narrative twist. Lyrically, the song leans into themes of simplicity, emotional honesty and quiet confidence, with Langley delivering a vocal performance that emphasises vulnerability over drama and authenticity over image.

“I knew ‘Be Her’ was a hit the second we started writing it,” shared HARDY. “It’s one of those songs that basically wrote itself. We were done in 30 minutes. Those are always the best ones. It’s so fun to watch Ella and the rocket ship that she’s on, and I’m just happy to be a part of it.”

The single arrives amid a busy period for Langley, whose upcoming Dandelion tour has already seen strong ticket demand ahead of its May launch, with support acts including Kameron Marlowe, Dylan Marlowe, Kaitlin Butts, Gabriella Rose and Laci Kaye Booth. Away from the stage, she has also been unveiled as the face of a new campaign from American Eagle, further boosting her mainstream profile. ‘Be Her' will appear on her forthcoming album ‘Dandelion,' set for global release on April 10th.
