The countdown to curtain-up on the UK’s largest Black Friday theatre event has begun. The Churchill Theatre, Bromley is taking part. London Theatre Direct and sister company Trafalgar Tickets have unveiled the biggest Black Friday theatre sale in history, with more than 60 theatres and over 300 productions offering major discounts.
Running until Monday 8th December, this nationwide celebration of live performance brings together blockbuster West End hits and regional favourites, with exclusive deals that promise to make Christmas shopping a whole lot more exciting for theatre lovers.
Bargain hunters can expect up to 60% off top shows, with some seats starting at just £15—a rare treat in the festive season when demand is usually at its peak. With Churchill Theatre Bromley offering its own selection of discounted titles, local audiences can dive into the thrill of Black Friday without travelling into the West End.
Johan Oosterveld, CEO of Trafalgar Tickets and London Theatre Direct, said: “Black Friday marks yet another exciting milestone for us. After last year’s success, we’re bringing together exclusive offers from both West End shows and our regional UK theatres for another year.”
During last year’s Black Friday sale period, audiences snapped up more than 215,000 tickets, a figure likely to be topped with this year’s expanded programme.
