Maren Morris has officially released the deluxe edition of her acclaimed album ‘D R E A M S I C L E‘ via Columbia Records, adding four brand-new tracks that deepen the themes of healing, self-discovery, and personal liberation. The expanded project builds on the emotional foundation of the original release, continuing Morris’s journey into bold introspection and fearless honesty.
The new songs were a spontaneous creative surge, according to Morris, who shared that inspiration struck unexpectedly after the album was originally completed. Last week, she teased the deluxe version with “be a bitch,” an unapologetic anthem that quickly resonated with fans for its sharp lyrics and empowering tone.
Now, she follows it up with three more tracks. ‘running,' produced by Naomi McPherson of MUNA and Laura Sisk, captures the spirit of summer freedom and breaking away from guilt and self-doubt. ‘in love with me,' co-written with Jimmy Robbins and Laura Veltz, is a soft, reflective song imagining what it would be like to love herself with the same intensity she’s offered others.
The album closes with ‘earth angel,' a luminous ballad that celebrates grounded love and inner peace. Morris is currently on her D R E A M S I C L E Tour, which continues across North America, the UK, and Europe through November, bringing her expanded musical vision to life onstage.
