Released yesterday via Quartz Hill Records, the upbeat track brings a new energy to the duo’s catalog, best known for romantic ballads on their debut EP ‘The Love Songs.' Now, Joe Hanson and Chris Ray are raising their glasses to the unsung hometown men and women who keep the heart of America running.
Driven by jangly guitars and an anthemic chorus, ‘Here’s to You' offers a toast to country boys in trucks, sunup-to-sundown workers and the red dirt roads they keep alive. The song was written by hitmakers Ash Bowers, Johnny Dailey, and Jaron Boyer, with Bowers also serving as producer.
After debuting the song live and witnessing fans belt out the lyrics while raising drinks, Hanson and Ray were inspired by the overwhelming crowd response.
