Luke Bryan releases new album ‘Mind of a Country Boy’

Five-time Entertainer of the Year Luke Bryan has officially dropped his eighth studio album, ‘Mind Of A Country Boy.' The highly anticipated release includes the chart-climbing single ‘Love You, Miss You, Mean It' which currently sits inside the Top 5 on country radio. Music critic Bob Oermann praised the track as “written with panache and hooks a-plenty,” calling it “hit bound.” Fans can listen to the full album now here.

In an interview with Billboard, Luke shared that the new album “reflects where I’m at in life.” The project features a blend of heartfelt tracks and lively anthems, showcasing Luke’s signature style and personal growth. We think it is his strongest album for some time, from uptempo fun songs like ‘Country On' to big, impactful ballads like ‘Kansas.' There's a sense of authenticity and belonging about the album that can sometimes be missing from big stars' work when they get to Bryan's stage of their career. Bryan isn't afraid to show who he is, what matters to him and where he is in life on this album and that's a great look for an artist of his age and stature.

To celebrate the release, Luke will perform on Good Morning America this Monday, September 30, followed by an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday, October 2. These TV performances coincide with the start of American Idol tapings in New York City, where Luke returns as a celebrity judge for the show's 8th season on ABC, alongside Lionel Richie and Carrie Underwood.

This weekend, Luke wraps up his 15th annual Farm Tour with a final concert in Smithton, Pennsylvania, on Saturday night.
