Country star Kyle Daniel has released his debut album ‘Kentucky Gold' today via Snakefarm.

‘Kentucky Gold' features the singles ‘Me & My Old Man', ‘Can't Hold Me Back' and ‘Summer Down South' featuring The Cadillac Three. You can read our review of the record.

Breathing new life into timeless influences and resurrecting the glory days of '70s country rock for a new generation, Kentucky Gold demonstrates just how wide Daniel's musical reach can be.

“Releasing my debut album, ‘Kentucky Gold’, feels like the culmination of a lifelong dream,” Daniel enthuses. “It’s finally time to tell my story.” 

Daniel co-wrote all 12 tracks, collaborating with producers Jaren Johnston (The Cadillac Three), Brian Elmquist (The Lone Bellow) and songwriter/multi-instrumentalist, Mike Krompass. ‘Kentucky Gold' promises to be a standout release in the roots music landscape, weaving together elements of Muscle Shoals soul, Nashville twang, raw blues emotion and the full-tilt energy of Kyle’s cherished 1958 R8 Gibson Les Paul.

This new chapter for Daniel represents a journey through the heart of Southern rock and country. From playing dive bars in Tennessee through to the Shepherd's Bush Empire in London, he has honed his craft, hitting the highways year after year, and now he returns to the UK to play The Long Road Festival on Saturday 24^th August.
