Why Morgan Wallen’s support for BST Hyde Park is going to be awesome!

Next week, Morgan Wallen plays for only the second ever time in the UK. Wallen continues to reign as one of Country’s top touring artists. His 57-show 2023 One Night At A Time World Tour delivered the man the New York Times dubbed “one of the biggest stars in pop, period” to fans worldwide, and Wallen will bring the show to BST Hyde Park for the first time this summer. Tickets available here.

One thing that's exciting about this show, for Country music fans, aside from a rare ‘Wallen appearance' is the support undercard for the day. There are a number of artists that we have, either, never seen in the UK before or are looking forward to seeing again.

Riley Green

Riley has never played in the UK before but has a loyal and solid fan base here. It will be cool to see him play classics like ‘Get That Man a Beer' and ‘I Wish Grandpas Never Died' alongside some of his newer songs. We interviewed Riley in Nashville during CMA Fest recently and you can read that interview right here.

Ernest

Long time friend and collaborator with Morgan Wallen, Ernest's appearance at BST Hyde Park is also an eagerly awaited one. A songwriter and performer, Ernest has released 3 albums including the most recent, ‘Nashville, Tennessee,' which you can read a review of right here. He'll get the crowd going and there might even be a special guest or two if we are lucky.

Ella Langley

Another artist making their UK debut, Ella Langley is a rising star in Nashville. You might know her from collaborations with artists like Kameron Marlowe (‘Strangers') or Tanner Usrey (‘Beautiful Lies.') She released an amazing duet with Riley Green last Friday which we've got our fingers crossed in hope of seeing at BST too. She's a ballsy, no nonsense singer with tracks like ‘A Country Boy's Dream' and ‘That's Why We Fight' destined to echo out around Hyde Park.

Alana Springsteen

Alana has been playing shows in the UK for a few years now and has built up a solid fan base around the release of her excellent ‘twenty something' album. She's played both the C2C and Long Road festivals as well as shows of her own. We last interviewed her in March at C2C and you can read that interview right here.

Alexandra Kay

Alexandra is another artist who has played in the UK before and we're pleased to be able to welcome her back. She released her debut album, ‘All I've Ever Known' last year and headlined a show in Manchester after playing at C2C as well. Her online presence speaks volumes, with more than 6 million followers on social media, over 58 million ‘likes' on TikTok, and over 67 million views on her YouTube Channel.

Zandi Holup

We had the pleasure of speaking to Zandi at this year's C2C festival as she made her UK debut. She signed a record deal with Big Loud Records last year and has also opened for the likes of Steve Earle and Amanda Shires. You might have seen her song, ‘Gas Station Flowers' around the streaming platforms and on social media? Our interview with her is right here.

We're excited to be able to see this diverse range of artists supporting Morgan Wallen next week. Are you coming? Tickets still available in some levels right here.
