Platinum-selling artist and five-time 2024 CMA Awards nominee Cody Johnson is joining forces with eight-time Grammy winner Carrie Underwood for their long-awaited duet, ‘I’m Gonna Love You.' Set for release next Friday, September 27th, the song is now available for pre-save.
Written by Chris Stevens, Kelly Archer, and Travis Denning, and produced by Trent Willmon, this track will be delivered to country radio and available on all digital platforms on the same day. ‘I’m Gonna Love You' also serves as the first single from Cody’s upcoming album, expected to drop later this fall.
Cody Johnson couldn’t contain his excitement about the collaboration, saying, “From the moment I heard this song, I heard Carrie’s voice on it. It was a non-negotiable for me; either we sing it together, or I wouldn’t sing it at all.
