After redefining what a live concert can be earlier this year, Kenny Chesney has announced he will return to Sphere in Las Vegas for another round of shows in 2026. The eight-time Entertainer of the Year and 2025 Country Music Hall of Fame electee is bringing No Shoes Nation back for a fresh, reimagined experience filled with new visuals, reworked songs, and a few surprises when he returns to the state-of-the-art venue.
“You can’t truly understand until you start playing music with all the people there, feeling that energy and the way the visuals and the songs just consume people,” Chesney shared. “The more I watched the fans having this experience, the more ideas I had — both to reconfigure some of last year’s songs, and a few songs that seemed like they should get this immersive treatment. I think there are so many ways for people to play this venue, but I feel pretty sure nobody has had more fun there than No Shoes Nation.”
Earlier this year, Chesney became the first country artist to headline Sphere, the 17,600-seat Las Vegas venue equipped with Sphere Immersive Sound — a system boasting 167,000 speakers and 264 billion pixels of visual capability across a 160,000-square-foot display. USA Today called his show “a vibrant, visually arresting feast,” praising it as a “sonic and visual rollercoaster” that showcased the technology’s full potential.
The return to Sphere coincides with the upcoming release of Chesney’s book Heart Life Music, which reflects on his decades-long journey through country music and beyond. “I’m not the kind of person who loves to be in one place for very long if there’s not an ocean,” Chesney said. “But it was so cool having this experience with all the fans, seeing their faces and watching that party in the second and third levels — because it’s finally close enough to see — that I had to do it again.”
Fans can also look forward to an expanded “Guitars, Tiki Bars and a Whole Lotta Love” fan experience, along with new VIP offerings.
