Kezia Gill starts a new era & new phase of her career with ‘Dublin’s Outta Whiskey’

UK country and Americana artist Kezia Gill has released her brand-new single ‘Dublin’s Outta Whiskey,' the first taste of music from her forthcoming album ‘All On Red' and her debut release since signing with Snakefarm/Universal.

A swaggering revenge anthem full of grit and attitude, ‘Dublin’s Outta Whiskey' blends brooding barroom energy with Gill’s soaring, powerhouse vocals. Written with Matt Stell and Clint Lagerberg in Nashville, the track captures the fire of a woman scorned with an electrifying edge.

“I wrote ‘Dublin’s Outta Whiskey’ with Matt Stell and Clint Lagerberg in January 2023, so I’m so excited to finally be able to share it with the world and rock it out live on stage,” Gill said. “This song is high energy with a rockier edge and is the ultimate revenge song for the woman scorned. When Dublin’s outta whiskey, she might just take you back, but I’m afraid that’s not happening anytime soon!”

Fans first heard the track during Gill’s standout performance at this year’s C2C Festival on the BBC Radio 2 stage. Entertainment Focus hailed the set as a defining moment in her career, calling it “one for the history books” and comparing it to breakthrough performances from Ashley McBryde and Drake Milligan.

Gill recorded ‘Dublin’s Outta Whiskey' in Nashville at Sound Emporium Studios with producer Alyssa Bonagura, who also joins her as special guest on the upcoming All On Red UK headline tour. The recording sessions featured a lineup of acclaimed musicians with credits spanning Sheryl Crow, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Willie Nelson, Glen Campbell and Heart, with mixing handled by Roger Alan Nichols at Bell Tone Recording.

“It’s an absolute no brainer to have Alyssa as special guest on the tour, as she’s played such a huge part in making the ‘All On Red' record,” Gill explained. “From co-writing some of the songs to production, she helped me bring this whole album to life, and as a super talented artist in her own right, she’s the perfect person to help me take this new music on the road.”
