Mariah Carey leads line-up for Capital’s Summertime Ball

Mariah Carey will lead the line-up for this year's Capital's Summertime Ball with Barclaycard at London's Wembley Stadium.

Taking place on Sunday 15th June 2025, the annual event will see the music icon take to the stage to perform her hits. The event will mark Carey's first UK performance in six years and it's a chance for fans to see the six-time GRAMMY Award-winning star in the capital.

With more than 200 million records sold worldwide, Carey is one of the greatest-selling artists of all time, known for timeless hits including ‘We Belong Together’, ‘Touch My Body’, Hero, ‘Fantasy’ and ‘Heartbreaker’. Across fifteen studio albums and a career full of ground-breaking achievements, Carey’s music has defined generations – and this summer, she’ll deliver one unforgettable performance at Wembley Stadium. 

This year, 80,000 Capital listeners and a massive line-up of the world’s hottest artists will descend upon the iconic venue on Sunday June 15th for an incredible day of live music and entertainment.

The first huge names confirmed for Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard were revealed on Capital Breakfast this morning by Jordan North, Chris Stark and Siân Welby. JoiningCarey are Benson Boone, KSI, Lola Young, Busted vs McFly, Zara Larsson, Dasha, Reneé Rapp, and Jessie J – with even more massive names to be announced tomorrow morning on Capital Breakfast.

Tickets for Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard are available on Global Player and go on sale at 9am on Wednesday 30th April 2025.
