Morgan Wallen and Post Malone team up again for “I Ain’t Comin’ Back”

Morgan Wallen and Post Malone have teamed up once again for new track “I Ain't Comin' Back”, which is included on Wallen's upcoming new album.

“I Ain't Comin' Back” is the latest taster from Wallen's “I'm The Problem” album, which will be released on 16th May 2025. The song was co-written by Wallen and Post with Louis Bell, Michael Hardy, Ernest Keith Smith and Ryan Vojtesak.

Wallen and Post previously collaborated on the global smash ‘I Had Some Help', which has had more than 4.6 billion global streams to date. The song has spent 112 weeks in the Spotify Top 100 and it's currently the 6th most played track of 2025 in the UK.

The release of “I Ain't Comin' Back” follows the recent reveal of the track listing for “I'm The Problem”. As has become tradition for Wallen, the album is a beast with 37 tracks. The set features collaborations with Ernest, Hardy, Eric Church, Post Malone and Tate McRae.

Wallen co-wrote 22 of the tracks on the album and worked with 49 songwriters across the record. The end result is a tracklist that's both deeply personal and resonant, while viewing life events through a different lens than he's used in the past.

“A lot of the concepts and things we said were a little more difficult with this album,” Wallen says of the writing and refining process. “We were trying to dig deep on things and trying to find new angles. And I feel like we did that. I feel like there's a lot of stuff that I haven't said in this record, which I'm really, really proud of.”

Wallen recently became the first artist ever to have two albums spend over 100 weeks in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart. The star's 2025 “I'm The Problem” Tour kicks off 20th June 2025 at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas. The 20-show run will include stops in Seattle, Washington; Foxborough, Massachusetts; Toronto, Ontario and more. With a second stop recently added in Madison, Wisconsin, Wallen's appearances will mark the first time an artist has played two consecutive nights at Camp Randall Stadium.

A rotating lineup of guests including Brooks & Dunn, Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett and Koe Wetzel join in direct support with Gavin Adcock, Corey Kent, Ella Langley and Anne Wilson as first-of-three across select dates. Coupled with Wallen's Sand In My Boots Festival, these 21 shows are the only place to see the superstar in 2025.
