The Folio Society announces Summer 2025 Collection

The Folio Society has revealed the new titles hotly anticipated for its Summer 2025 Collection. The exclusive book range features a lineup of literary masterpieces and beautiful books reimagined as luxurious collector's editions. The new titles will go on sale exclusively at foliosociety.com starting 6th May 6 at 4 pm UK time.

From timeless dystopian tales to mythological epics via sci-fi modern classics, The Folio Society's Summer 2025 Collection blends great storytelling with exquisite design and artwork. Highlights include a reissue of George Orwell’s satire of Stalinism, ‘Animal Farm', featuring never-before-seen illustrations by iconic artist Quentin Blake, and Madeline Miller’s ‘Circe', paired with the earlier release of her novel ‘The Song of Achilles' through illustrations by Julie Dillon.

The Folio Society’s Publishing Director Tom Walker said: “Books can give us the purest adventures, and Folio’s Summer Collection of new titles contains some extreme escapism. How else but in the space of two books could we be stranded in the Pacific Ocean with only a Bengal tiger for company, in ‘Life of Pi'; to being transported to a dangerous Hellenic world of myth and romance in Madeline Miller’s ‘Circe'?”

Here’s a look at what will be available from 6th May:

‘Animal Farm' – George Orwell

Illustrated by Quentin Blake
£49.95

This 80th anniversary edition of Orwell’s legendary novella is given the full Folio Society treatment: a gilded slipcase, new frontispiece, and whimsical yet cutting illustrations from Quentin Blake—many of which have never been published before.
