Continuing her evolution from her engaging and enjoyable album ‘Barstool Confessions' from 2023, rising Country artist Sophia Scott has, this week, soft announced her bisexuality in new song ‘Either Way'. Maybe ‘soft announced' is too feeble a term once you read the lyrics to the song!
‘Barstool Confessions' stood as a testament to Scott’s emotional honesty and lack of inhibition, capturing her personal journey whilst documenting moments of vulnerability and self-discovery as she navigated the challenges of heartbreak recovery. Further songs like ‘Buy a Round' saw this talented artist evolving and growing before our eyes. Scott oozed fierce confidence and sexiness throughout that fiery song. ‘I'm loose enough to wear something too tight,' she sings, making us blush in the early part of the song before she danced on the table and sent her reputation south and now she's gone a step further and lent into her bisexual nature on new song ‘Either Way.'

There aren't a lot of openly bisexual artists in Country music and the town and the genre has been notoriously stand-offish about all things gay, traditionally, so we applaud Sophia for having the honesty and strength to write about herself in this raw and melodic way!
