Rising singer-songwriter Harper O’Neill continues to captivate audiences with her latest release, ‘My Love, My Love,' out now. The new song arrives as she prepares to make her highly anticipated C2C Festival debut in London and Glasgow this March.
A Unique Sound That Pushes Boundaries
O’Neill has quickly built a reputation as a powerhouse live performer, earning support slots for artists like Ashley McBryde, Old Crow Medicine Show, Lainey Wilson, Brothers Osborne, Morgan Wade, Molly Tuttle, and more.
Written with Ed Williams and Jason Nix, ‘My Love, My Love' blends country music, 12-bar blues, and an edgy, rule-breaking structure.
“My goal was to create a song where all three of those worlds meet,” O’Neill shared. “There are two key changes, only three verses, and no actual chorus. The band and my vocal were recorded live together to capture that raw energy. As the key moves up, the lyrics intensify, mirroring the chaos of an obsessive love.”
New Music & Festival Performances
‘My Love, My Love' follows O’Neill’s recent single ‘Say My Name if You’re Lonely' and is part of a string of upcoming releases that showcase her genre-blending approach, merging Country, Indie Folk, Pop, Soul, and Americana.
Her debut album ‘Dark Bar Daisy' produced by Jake Gear (Hailey Whitters), is available now, featuring bold arrangements that celebrate country’s deep ties to rock, soul, and indie music. Our review of that album can be found here.
