Columbia Records/Sony Music Nashville artist Alana Springsteen has unveiled her latest EP, ‘Alana Springsteen: Live from the Ryman,‘ a high-energy collection that captures the magic of her first full-band performance at Nashville’s iconic Ryman Auditorium. The seven-song set features fan favourites, including the powerful breakup anthem ‘you don’t deserve a country song (Live from the Ryman).'
Opening with ‘you don’t deserve a country song,' the EP immediately showcases Springsteen’s commanding stage presence and the energy of her live performance. The track kicks off with fierce guitar riffs and a driving rhythm that sets the tone for a high-octane performance. Springsteen’s raw, emotive vocals shine as she dives into the unapologetic lyrics, creating an unforgettable moment during the stripped-back bridge.
In a standout interaction with the crowd, Springsteen asks, “Who thinks they have the worst ex in the room tonight?” After dedicating the song to an audience member’s ex (Aiden), she delivers the scathing and triumphant line, “You don't get to hear your name on the radio,” sending the audience into a frenzy.
‘Live from the Ryman' showcases not only Springsteen’s vocal prowess but also her ability to connect deeply with her audience. The EP captures the electric atmosphere of the Ryman and solidifies her place as one of country music’s most dynamic new performers.
The full EP is available now on all major streaming platforms.
