Walter Presents is bringing seasons 7 and 8 of hit show ‘Seaside Hotel' to C4 Streaming in December.
The series stars Amalie Dollerup, Bodil Jørgensen, Lars Ranthe, Anne Louise Hassing, Jens Jacob Tychsen, Cecilie Stonespil, Anette Støvelbæk and Birthe Neumann. It is written by Stig Thorsboe and Hanna Lundblad.
Season 7 is set in Summer 1940 and Season 8 in Summer 1941. In Season 7, despite war and obsession, Amanda opens the doors for her first season as a new owner. Looking to forget about Germany's Danish occupation, all of the regular guests immediately turn towards the sanctuary of the small hotel. Madsen arrives in his own car, despite gasoline rationing and driving bans.
Mrs Frigh brings along her daughter, Bertha, who seems preoccupied with a secret infatuation, while Mrs Frigh herself is more concerned with the kind gentleman they met on the train. Everything seems peaceful, until Weyse's sons come across a couple of German soldiers bathing in the sea.
