The Archives Nashville, a premium digital archiving and storage company specializing in musicians’ wardrobe, is set to host its first-ever Artist Tag Sale during this year’s CMA Fest. Running from June 6-9, the event provides fans with an exclusive opportunity to shop from their favorite artists’ closets. A portion of the proceeds will support the CMA Foundation’s mission to provide students with access to high-quality music education and equip educators with the necessary resources for thriving programs.
The Artist Tag Sale will take place at Fan Fair X in Nashville’s Music City Center, open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on June 6-8 and 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on June 9. Fans can browse and purchase wardrobe items from a star-studded lineup of country music artists, including Lauren Alaina, Jason Aldean, Brothers Osborne, Luke Combs, Jordan Davis, Tyler Hubbard, Tiera Kennedy, Miranda Lambert, Ashley McBryde, Parker McCollum, Jelly Roll, and Bailey Zimmerman.
“We are excited to bring this unique shopping experience to CMA Fest and support the CMA Foundation’s incredible work,” says Tiffany Gifford, founder of The Archives and longtime celebrity stylist. “Fans will have the chance to own a piece of their favorite artists’ wardrobe while contributing to a cause that nurtures the next generation of musicians and educators.”
The Archives Nashville was created by Gifford to address the lack of viable wardrobe archiving solutions for musicians. The company not only stores wardrobe items safely and securely but also offers a digital solution to keep everything organized, searchable, and accessible to clients and their teams. The Archives uses inventory and digital photos of each wardrobe item, allowing teams to store pieces in their facilities or integrate the system into current storage locations. RFID tracking technology in each piece enables movement tracking, showing the location of all items in the online inventory and allowing for easy access and management.
Clients of The Archives can benefit from specific wardrobe movement tracking, ensuring proper storage to preserve valuable and noteworthy pieces, quickly searching and filtering garments by attributes, events worn, and style details, more easily curating displays for museums and private showings, and monetizing select pieces by making them available for rent through the platform.
