Colt Ford suffers heart attack after live show

Country music star Colt Ford suffered a heart attack after a show in Gilbert, Arizona at Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row last night (4th April) it has been confirmed.

Ford is currently under care in the Intensive Care Unit at the Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona. No further information has been released about his condition at this time but we at EF Country and Entertainment Focus send our best wishes to Ford and his family during this difficult time.

Ford is a multi-platinum singer-songwriter hailing from Athens, Georgia. Along with several #1 hits, he originally recorded Jason Aldeanā€™s ‘Dirt Road Anthem’, which has garnered over 927 million worldwide streams.

The 54-year-old made his debut in 2008 with his first album ‘Ride Through the Country’. During his career to date, he’s collaborated with some of Country music’s biggest stars including Eric Church, Jake Owen and Jason Aldean.
