‘The Crow’ remake is heading to cinemas this summer and now you can get your first look thanks to the new trailer.
Starring Bill Skarsgård, FKA twigs, and Danny Huston, the film is directed by Rupert Sanders, and written by Zach Baylin and William Schneider. ‘The Crow’ is a reimagining of the original graphic novel by James O’Barr.
A quick look at the trailer shows that the film doesn’t look all that different to the Brandon Lee version from 1994, which tragically saw the actor lose his life following an accident on set. Fans of the original film haven’t been happy with the new look of lead character Eric Draven but time will tell whether they’ve been too quick to judge.
Soulmates Eric Draven (Skarsgård) and Shelly Webster (FKA twigs) are brutally murdered when the demons of her dark past catch up with them. Given the chance to save his true love by sacrificing himself, Eric sets out to seek merciless revenge on their killers, traversing the worlds of the living and the dead to put the wrong things right.
