‘Percy Jackson and the Olympians‘ has officially been renewed for a second season following its huge launch numbers.
The series has been streamed for over 110 million hours to date so it’s no surprise that Disney+ has quickly handed it a season 2 renewal. The new season will feature the return of Walker Scobell, Leah Sava Jeffries and Aryan Simhadri, who will embark on a new adventure based on ‘The Sea of Monsters’ – the second instalment of Rick Riordanās best-selling ‘Percy Jackson and the Olympians’ book series, published by Disney Hyperion.

One of the top 5 season premieres of 2023, ‘Percy Jackson and the Olympians’ garnered 26.2 million views in its first three weeks on Disney+ and Hulu. As a result of the hit series, the books have returned to number one on the New York Times Bestseller list for Middle Grade series.
