Produced by GRAMMY Award-Winning producer Jay Joyce, ‘Happiness Bastards' marks the band's triumphant return to original music after a 15-year hiatus. Leading the charge is the release of the riff-ripping lead single ‘Wanting and Waiting,' providing an exhilarating taste of the forthcoming record.
In 2024, The Black Crowes celebrate 40 years since their inception, and the Robinson Brothers are seizing this momentous year as their own. Emerging from a history marked by sex, drugs, fights, breakups, and divorce, they are shedding the past to focus on a new chapter. ‘Happiness Bastards' serves as both a salute to their storied legacy and a celebration of the present and future. The album comprises 10 original tracks, including a special feature from GRAMMY-nominated superstar Lainey Wilson. Despite past differences, the Robinson Brothers now stand united as two happy bastards, delivering a triumphant album.
