Christmas is right around the corner and Walter Presents is gifting us early with the announcement that Season 5 and 6 of ‘Seaside Hotel’ are coming to C4 Streaming on Friday 1st December 2023.
Hotel regulars return to the idyllic seaside hotel for another summer of sun, sea and scintillating drama. Season five begins in 1932 with the unexpected arrival of the very wealthy August Molin and his Swedish wife. At first glance, this decadent and expensively detailed couple exude upper-class perfection. However, Mr. Molin is desperately trying to hide the fact that he is on the verge of bankruptcy. Meanwhile, Mr. Weyse has taken a liking to Mrs. Molin and makes a dangerous ploy to win her affection.
However, Mr. Weyse’s advances don’t go unnoticed by a distracted Mr. Molin, and he makes certain that his beautiful wife stays away from charming actor Edward Weyse. As this season unfolds, viewers are set for a series of surprises and a plethora of drama. But it doesn’t end there, as the next season begins six years later in the summer of 1939 when dark clouds are pulling up over Europe. What’s in store for guests during a time of uncertainty and turmoil?
The series is created by Fabian Wullenweber and Michael Bille Frandsen and stars Rosalinde Mynster and Morten Hemmingsen.
