‘Britain Get Singing’: ITV reveals the line-up for this year

ITV has announced the stars taking part in this year’s Christmas TV extravaganza ‘Britain Get Singing’, airing on ITV1 and ITVX.

The show, hosted by Roman Kemp, will see five groups made up of stars from TVā€™s biggest shows –Ā ‘Good Morning Britain’,Ā ‘Love Island’,Ā ‘Coronation Street’, ‘The Masked Singer’Ā andĀ ‘EastEnders’Ā – take to the stage in a bid to deliver a show-stopping performance.Ā

The groups will put their vocal prowess to the test as they look to not only impress the studio audience but a Super Panel made up of some of TVā€™s most iconic judges. This year,Ā The Masked Singerā€™sĀ Jonathan Ross joins the Super Panel alongside Adam Lambert, Alesha Dixon andĀ will.i.am.

The groups who will go head-to-head in this spectacular sing-off are:

  • Good Morning Britainā€™sĀ Kate Garraway, Charlotte Hawkins, Alex Beresford, Laura Tobin and Dr Amir Khan
  • Love Islandā€™sĀ Davide Sanclimenti, Zachariah Noble, Molly Marsh, Jacques Oā€™Neill and Marcel Somerville
  • Coronation Streetā€™sĀ Claire Sweeney, Vinta Morgan, Lisa George, Cherylee Houston and Mollie Gallagher
  • The Masked Singerā€™sĀ Chris Kamara (Ghost), Russell Watson (Cockroach) and Aled Jones (Traffic Cone)
  • EastEndersā€™Ā Emma Barton, Heather Peace, Clair Norris, Matthew Morrison, Angela Wynter and Sid Owen

Supporting ITVā€™s groundbreaking mental health campaign, ‘Britain Get Talking’, this festive TV event will once again include inspiring moments in which the stars discuss their own experiences of mental health.

‘Britain Get Talking’ is supported by Mind and YoungMinds, and by SAMH in Scotland, to encourage people to look after their mental health by connecting with others. Created with Uncommon Creative Studio, it originally launched in 2019 when Ant and Dec paused the live broadcast of ‘Britainā€™s Got Talent’ to get the nation talking.

Last year, Loose Women were declared champions with their rendition ofĀ ‘Bridge Over Troubled Water’Ā but who has what it takes to impress this year and walk away victorious?
