PlayStation Classic launches on December 3rd with 20 games preloaded

In 1994 the original PlayStation hit the shelves and transformed gaming forever. With brilliant graphics (for the time) and a whole new style of game controller, things would never be the same again. Skip ahead 24 years and the PlayStation is being released again in a new form.

The PlayStation Classic will be 45% smaller than the original PlayStation and will come preloaded with 20 of the best games released on the platform though I’m sure the games chosen will spark debate with people when they find their favourite games aren’t included. Nonetheless, I think the games on offer are a pretty decent representation of the best games around at the time. Sony’s website also hints at there being more games to come.
