Arrow season 7 kicks off in the UK this week and it picks up with Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) in prison.
At the end of season 6 Oliver traded his freedom for help catching Diaz (Kirk Acevedo), something he didn’t actually manage to do. With Diaz still on the prowl, Oliver had to honour his end of the bargain and started his prison sentence.
It looks like life isn’t going to be easy Oliver admitted he was the Green Arrow and when he arrived in prison, he was surrounded by the criminals he’s helped put behind bars.
Meanwhile Quentin Lance (Paul Blackthorne) lost his life and Black Siren (Katie Cassidy) came face-to-face with Laurel’s sister Sara (Caity Lotz) as everyone dealt with the loss of one of their long-time friends.
The season 7 premiere is Inmate. Supermaxes are no place for superheroes, Oliver learns, as he starts out in the slammer. Meanwhile, a blast from Felicity’s past threatens her fresh start.
