The Shires have unveiled the lyric video for their new single Sleepwalk and you can watch it exclusively right here.
The animated video has been created in various shades of purple and depicts the silhouettes of a couple dancing together with fireflies surrounding them. You can take a look below:
Sleepwalk is the second single from The Shires’ top 3 album Accidentally on Purpose, which arrived earlier this year. The song is a ballad about eternal love and is sure to be the soundtrack to a few weddings over the coming months.
“The moment we finished recording this track in Nashville, we knew it was special. It’s a love song from both a male and female perspective with a really beautiful sentiment. To us it’s the perfect summer love song – and perhaps even a wedding first dance too,” said Ben and Crissie.
Sleepwalk is the follow-up to Guilty, which made it on to the A-List on BBC Radio 2.
On Friday 13th July The Shires will support Michael Bublé at Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park. They will also be performing at the first-ever The Long Road Festival in Leicestershire in September alongside the likes of Lee Ann Womack, Danielle Bradbery and Charlie Worsham.
