Queen + Adam Lambert have announced a limited engagement on the Las Vegas Strip for September.
They will bring their show The Crown Jewels to the Park Theater at Park MGM for 10-dates only. The shows will take place on September 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 14, 15, 19, 21 and 22 at 8 p.m.
One of the dates lands on Queen Day in Las Vegas, which former Mayor Oscar Goodman declared in 2004. Queen’s Brian May said: “We’re ready to take on the ultimate challenge … to dazzle Vegas!!”
Lambert added: “I’m so excited to help share The Crown Jewels with the Strip. You’ll be humming them all night!”
Queen + Adam Lambert’s touring band is completed with musicians Spike Edney on keyboards, Neil Fairclough on bass, and Tyler Warren on percussion.
Since they first shared a stage in 2009, Queen + Adam Lambert have played over 150 shows across the world. They’ve sold-out stadiums and arenas, and played at festivals too. Recent shows in Brazil, Portugal and Japan have drawn audiences of up to 80,000.
