Eco-terrorist Veronica Dale (Bernadette Saquibal) set off a nuclear bomb and Barry (Grant Gustin) had to think fast in order to save Central City on the latest episode of The Flash.
Entering a form of superspeed known as Flashtime, Barry frantically rushed around while the world around him was frozen. The bomb had already detonated so Barry teamed up with Jesse (Violett Beane) and Jay Garrick (John Wesley Shipp) to find a solution to the problem.
Barry remained in Flashtime for hours and when he felt like he was out of options, Iris (Candice Patton) suggested her used the Quark Sphere from the Speed Force to create a lightning blast that would stop the bomb. That idea worked and Barry managed to save the day.

Elsewhere Jay revealed that he was retiring and that Jesse would be taking his place on Earth-3.
The next episode of the season is Run Iris Run. When a meta accidentally transfers Barry’s powers to Iris, she finds herself speeding to save the city from a dangerous new threat.
