Barry (Grant Gustin) was able to concentrate solely on being The Flash following his release from prison.
Unable to return to work at the CCPD due to the mystery surrounding DeVoe’s (Neil Sandilands) apparent return, which was down to Ralph (Hartley Sawyer) shapeshifting. Team Flash tracked down Izzy Bowin (Miranda MacDougall), another bus meta who possessed sound wave abilities, amplified by her violin.
Izzy used her abilities to stop DeVoe, inside Sharpe’s (Sugar Lyn Beard) body, when he came to take her. DeVoe came for her again and after preventing Barry and Ralph from stopping him, he transferred his mind into Izzy’s body and escaped.

The loss hit Ralph hard as he’d fallen for Izzy but he and Barry pulled together to track down the final three bus metas before DeVoe got to them.
The next episode of the season is Enter Flashtime. Speedsters Barry, Jesse Quick and Jay Garrick are pushed to their absolute limits when a bomb goes off in Central City.
