Agent Watson (Sydelle Noel) stepped up her investigation into Oliver (Stephen Amell) on the latest episode of Arrow.
During a Thanksgiving food drive, Watson arrested Oliver and charged him for being the Green Arrow. With Oliver trying to clear his name, Cayden James (Michael Emerson) and Black Siren (Katie Cassidy) wreaked havoc in Star City causing widespread panic with a false bomb at a concert.

Oliver was released on bail, which Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) paid for with the investment money for her company with Curtis (Echo Kellum), and he suited up as Green Arrow after Diggle’s (David Ramsey) injuries prevented him from fighting. Cayden told Oliver he was after him because he believes it was Oliver’s fault he lost his son.
Footage from the brawl at the concert was released and it swayed the people of Star City to vote against vigilantism in Oliver’s referendum.
Elsewhere Oliver agreed to wear the hood until Diggle was back to full health and Thea (Willa Holland) woke up from her coma.
The next episode of the season is Crisis on Earth-X Part 2. The superheroes band together when villains from Earth-X attack Barry and Iris’s wedding.
