The X Factor 2017 week 4 top 3 performances part 2

The X Factor live shows continued tonight with the girls and overs. Yesterday, the boys and groups delivered energy packed performances but two acts, Sam Black and Sean and Conor Price, failed to impress the public and were ejected from the show.

This weekend the contestants were singing for a chance to record a song with award-winning author, Ali Tamposi and the contestants from the girls and overs category were ready to fight for a chance to win the prize. Keep reading if you’d like to know who performed the best on the live show.

 3. Holly Tandy – Love Me Harder

Holly sounded great again tonight and this was probably the first time she sounded her age. Holly’s vocals are always good but this week the young singer finally seemed to come out of her shell and proved that she was a real contender on the show too.

What the judges said: Simon thought that Holly came back fighting and sounded younger this week. Nicole said that she had a big voice but did not like her style on stage. Louis thought that Holly could be in trouble tonight but mentor, Sharon thought she did herself proud!

2. Rai-Elle Williams – Mr. Big Stuff

Rai-Elle was back with all that fire this week and delivered a great performance. I thought she did a great job rapping and pulled together a great routine. This was one of her best performances yet.

What the judges said: Louis said that he loved everything Rai-Elle Nicole thought that she reminded her of a young ‘British Lauren Hill’ and Simon added that he thought she was getting better and better every week.

1. Grace Davies – Hesitate

Grace is one of the acts to watch out for this year and has been consistently great throughout the competition. This week her song was probably one of the highlights of the weekend. The track was fresh and Grace looked great performing it on stage. This was probably my favourite performance of this weekend.

What the judges said: Simon thought that the song stood out and that he could see her confidence was back. Nicole also added the song was relevant and complimented her as a writer. Louis also thought that she was ahead of the game.

The X Factor continues next weekend on ITV.
