Phil (Ty Burrell), Cam (Eric Stonestreet) and Gloria (Sofia Vergara) revealed their secret alliance on the latest episode of Modern Family.
The trio revealed that they cover up for each other messes to keep it from their spouses. In the episode Gloria helped Cam get rid of two Russians refusing to leave the upstairs apartment, and Cam and Phil helped Gloria hide evidence of an electric shock collar she’d bought for Stella.
Of course they were found out when their code, which was saying they needed to buy orange juice, aroused Mitch’s (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) suspicions.
Meanwhile Luke (Nolan Gould) was the target of an older woman’s affections, which Jay (Ed O’Neill) used to his advantage, and Haley spent the day looking after Rainer’s (Nathan Fillion) teenage daughter.
The next episode of the season is Snow Ball. Manny (Rico Rodriguez) and Luke’s efforts to put on the school’s winter dance get complicated due to a texting error; Gloria, Claire (Julie Bowen), Mitchell and Cam volunteer at the dance while Jay tries to get out of it by pretending he wants to spend time with Phil.
