Model Daisy Lowe missed out on the chance to dance in Blackpool after being eliminated in tonight’s Strictly Come Dancing 2016 results.

In the bottom two for the third time this series, Daisy and her partner Aljaz Skorjanec faced Olympian Greg Rutherford and his partner Natalie Lowe. After both couples danced again it was over to the judges to make a decision.

Craig Revel-Horwood and Darcey Bussell chose to save Greg and Natalie. Bruno decided to save Daisy and Aljaz. That left the decision to head judge Len Goodman, who decided to save Greg and Natalie, meaning his decision was final.

Daisy said, ‘I’ve loved every minute. Every one here is unbelievable.’ She went on to call Aljaz ‘my hero’.
