Holly Willoughby will front new dating series Meet the Parents for ITV.
The show will see Holly putting the romantic futures of a group of single people into the hands of their parents. Potential suitors will get to ask the contestants parents anything during their quest for love.
While the parents are being quizzed, the men and women taking part will see and hear everything that goes on. They will have one urgent phone call they can make to stop their parents divulging too much.
After grilling the parents, the suitor will make a decision and choose one of the contestants for a date. They will also meet the people they turned down!
Holly said, “We all know how embarrassing parents can be and nobody knows you better than they do. I can’t wait to hear what humiliating secrets they’ll be revealing and see who will regret leaving their love life in the hands of their parents.”
