Lucie Silvas is set to release her new album Letters to Ghosts via Decca Records on 2nd September 2016.
The collection of Country inspired tracks showcases the influence of Nashville on the British singer-songwriter after living in the home of Country music for years. Silvas has crafted her own take on Country that blends tradition with her knack for a strong melody.
It’s been 10 years since Silvas’ last UK album release and in that time she’s moved to Nahsville, written and performed with artists such as Kacey Musgraves, Chris Stapleton and Miranda Lambert, and married John Osborne of Brothers Osborne.
In 2004 Silvas experienced a huge breakthrough with her debut album Breathe In, which produced two Top 10 hits and sold over a million copies in Europe.
UK fans can see Silvas on tour later this year when she plays 5 headline dates:
Sept 6 – Manchester, Deaf Institute
Sept 7 – Glasgow, Oran Mor
Sept 9 – Birmingham, O2 Institute 3
Sept 10 – London, Brooklyn Bowl
Sept 12 – Bristol, Exchange
