The American Country Countdown Awards took place last night at The Forum in California and the stars (well most of them) brushed up pretty nicely for the occasion.
Prior to the ceremony, the cream of the Country music world walked the red carpet and we were pretty impressed by the outfits on display. The majority of the male stars ditched their baseball caps, jeans and t-shirts for the night to suit up instead.
After spending a bit of time studying the outfits, we’ve compiled a list of our Top 5 red carpet looks…
5. Carrie Underwood
The current Queen of Country music stunned in a dress that was both bold and memorable. It’s definitely different to anything we’ve seen her in before and was a nice mix of classic and contemporary.
4. Chris Lane
The Country newcomer pulled off smart meets casual with his burnt red coloured suit and his black t-shirt. As always with Chris Lane, his hair was on point with his trademark look on show.

3. Cam
How beautiful did Cam look last night? She really suits yellow doesn’t she? Always classy and with her own unique style, Cam takes the award for best-dressed female of the night.
2. Thomas Rhett
We LOVED this look on Thomas Rhett. He looks seriously classy and the beautiful suit blended beautifully with his blue shirt. Thomas looked incredibly dapper and once again we remind ourselves how lucky that wife of his is!

1. Sam Hunt
Taking top marks for his red carpet outfit is Sam Hunt. He left his baseball cap at home and created a look that is modern, casual and very smart. How does he always get his fashion so right? We have no idea but we suspect he has a talented stylist. His outfit was simple but boy did he look H-O-T (and we ain’t talking about the weather!)
