Top 5 Strictly Come Dancing 2015 week 4 performances

Strictly Come Dancing 2015 continued last night and it saw all of the couples up their game.

The leaderboard saw 4 couples fighting for second place with Katie Derham and her partner Anton du Beke pipping everyone to the post. At the bottom of the leaderboard was Jeremy Clifton and his partner Karen Clifton.

The Wanted star Jay McGuiness and his partner Aliona Vilani performed disappointingly last night following their outstanding Jive in week 3. We’ve reviewed all of the performances and picked out our Top 5 of the evening.

5. Georgia May Foote & Giovanni Pernice – Quickstep

Technically this wasn’t Georgia’s best but there’s something about this pairing we absolutely love. The routine was a little frantic and messy but the speed in which Georgia and Giovanni flew around the dance floor was incredible.

4. Helen George & Aljaz Skorjanec – Salsa

Call the Midwife actress Helen George showed her cheeky side last night and ripped off Ajaz’s shirt our pleasure. She came out of her shell last night and showed that she could let her hair down and have a good time. This is the performance that really surprised us.

3. Kellie Bright & Kevin Clifton – Foxtrot

Paying tribute to her grandparents, Kellie Bright pulled off a really emotive and passionate Foxtrot. She’s proving to be one of the classiest dancers on the show and she’s been a great match for Kevin so far. Simply stunning.

2. Anita Rani & Gleb Savchenko – Samba

OK so Anita had the advantage because Gleb was shirtless but there’s no denying she delivered when it came to the choreography. The Samba is one of the hardest Latin dances to do but Anita made it look relatively easy. It was a great opening to the show!

1. Katie Derham & Anton du Beke – Viennese Waltz

Katie Derham got back on top last night after a couple of weeks of disappointing performances. She’s clearly much more comfortable in Ballroom and she wowed last night. We’re also still laughing at Anton’s reaction to topping the leaderboard!

Strictly Come Dancing 2015 continues at 7.15pm tonight on BBC One. Tune in to find out which couple goes home.
