The BRIT Awards 2015 took place tonight with Sam Smith and Ed Sheeran leading the winners.
Sam Smith picked up British Breakthrough Act and Global Success and Sheeran picked up the awards for British Male Solo Artist and Mastercard British Album of the Year. Paloma Faith took home British Female Solo Artist and Royal Blood picked up British Group.
Performances tonight included Madonna, Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, Kanye West and George Ezra. Madonna closed the show and unfortunately suffered a fall down a flight of stairs at the start of her Living For Love performance.
