Ola Jordan has revealed that she will be able to dance again during an appearance on ITV’s Lorraine this morning.
The Strictly Come Dancing pro dancer’s future was left in doubt when she suffered a serious injury whilst training for Channel 4 show The Jump. In her first TV interview since the accident, Ola told Lorraine Kelly that she is slowly recovering and hoping to be part of Strictly when it returns later this year.
Ola said, āI would love to go back to Strictly but obviously as dancers we donāt find out until later in the year. I would love to be ready and I would love to be able to do the show again.ā
Talking about the recover process Ola explained, āI can see a light at the end of the tunnel now because I am getting better, I am actually in the process of getting off my crutches. Itās just a very slow process.”
She also revealed that her ideal partner would be Good Morning Britain presenter Ben Shephard saying, āHe would be perfect for me, height and everything.ā
Lorraine airs on ITV, Monday to Friday at 8.30am.
